If you’re a chef or interested in the art and science of cooking, this is where you need to be.

The Tea & Coffee Africa section is where caffeine addicts and tea fundis can go to get their fix. Not only will you find producers and distributors of hot beverages here, but the Speciality Coffee Association of South Africa (SCASA) will be presenting the Gauteng regionals and national finals of the South African Barista Championships. It’s going to be hot!

For carefully crafted buttercream and sensational sugar work, look no further than the SA Cake Decorators Guild. They’ll be showcasing exquisite cakes with jaw-dropping detail, created by members of the Guild. All your cake inspiration in one space!

 

  1. Behind the bar

South Africa’s drinks market is going from strength to strength, and if you’re thirsty to see what’s trending then visit The Drinks Cabinet. From soft drinks to craft beers, spirits to wine, this is where you need to be if you want to interact with top producers and distributors. The Shaker Bar Drinks Theatre & Lab will be putting on quite a show, and visitors will even be able to attend an onsite training course.

Put your feet up at Contract Furnishing Africa, where you’ll be able to experience all furnishings, from indoor and outdoor furniture, décor and lighting, and everything in between. Excitingly, the central feature for this area will be a fully  made-up live room where you can see contract furnishing in use.
